Where do you ship, and how much is it?
We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate and is shown at checkout before you pay.
Within the United States and Canada: $5.95 standard, or $9.95 with tracking and insurance.
Everywhere else: $6.95 standard, or $11.95 with tracking and insurance.
The rate is per order, not per item.
How do I choose the right size?
Children's costume sets are listed by age and height together. Height is the more reliable measure — measure floor to crown and take the nearest size up. Adult sets run S to XXL and are cut close through the shoulder, so size up if you are between sizes. Footwear is US sizing and fits true to size. Full guidance is on our Sizing & Care page.
What comes in the set?
Every product page lists the exact pieces included for that style — wigs, capes, belts and accessories differ between sets. Two sets that look similar are not always packed the same way, so read the included list on the page itself.
What is it made from?
Costume sets are mostly polyester and cotton blends. Decor is cast resin or moulded plastic unless the page says otherwise. Masks are latex — avoid these if you have a latex sensitivity.
How do I care for it?
Wash costume pieces cold on a gentle cycle and hang to dry. Do not tumble dry, and do not iron printed or coated panels directly. Finger-comb wigs only. Wipe resin and plastic decor with a damp cloth and keep it out of prolonged direct sun.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as you can through the contact page with your order number. We will tell you honestly whether it can still be changed.
