Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may take a bit longer — but we’ll always keep you updated via email.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier system to update and show movement on your package.
You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website or via the link provided in your confirmation email.
