Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate per order — not per item — and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

We recommend the tracked option for costume orders with a date attached to them.

Costume sizing

Children's costume sets are listed by age and height together — for example 8–9Y (130 cm). Height is the more reliable of the two; measure from the floor to the crown of the head and pick the nearest size up rather than down. Adult sets run S through XXL and are cut close through the shoulder, so if you are between sizes, take the larger.

Footwear sizing

Our footwear is listed in US sizing and fits true to size. If you normally wear a half size, size up.

What is included in a costume set

Each product page lists the pieces included for that specific set — wigs, capes, belts and accessories vary between styles. Read the included list on the page rather than assuming; two sets that look similar are not always packed the same way.

Materials

Costume sets are predominantly polyester and cotton blends. Decor pieces are cast resin or moulded plastic unless the product page says otherwise. Masks are latex. If you have a latex sensitivity, avoid the mask range.

Care

Costume pieces should be washed cold on a gentle cycle and hung to dry — do not tumble dry, and do not iron printed or coated panels directly. Wigs should be finger-combed only. Resin and plastic decor wipes clean with a damp cloth; keep it out of prolonged direct sun, which fades pigment over a season.

Outdoor decor

Larger decor pieces are designed for covered outdoor use — porches, entryways and doorframes. Bring them in ahead of heavy wind or sustained rain.

If you need to change a size or address, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number. We will tell you honestly whether it can still be changed.
