Shipping, Sizing & Care

The practical details, in one place.

Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate per order — not per item — and the exact amount is shown at checkout before you pay.

Footwear sizing

Our footwear is listed in US sizing. If you normally wear a half size, size up.

Apparel sizing

Each product page lists its own size chart. Measurements vary between styles, so check the chart on the page rather than assuming your usual size.

Care

Follow the care notes on each product page. As a general rule, wash clothing cold and hang to dry, and wipe footwear clean with a damp cloth.

Changing an order

If you need to change a size or address, contact us as soon as possible through the contact page with your order number. We will tell you honestly whether it can still be changed.
